Petroniq has filed five patent applications in India. They address physical-sense checking, technical lineage, offline wellsite work, unresolved technical disagreement and the controlled reuse of field knowledge. All five applications are pending.

Twelve technical cases and one publication-control case have exposed Nexus to incomplete log suites, uncertain calibration, regulator archives, legacy units, seismic field records and cross-discipline appraisal work.
